The Children's Village car park in Rhyl is an underground car park on the seafront that's handy if you're visiting either the Children's Village funfair or the cinema.  If you don't like underground carparks then there's also an above ground car park nearby, namely the Sky Tower car park.

I'm a bit mystified as to why someone called Steve Van Russelt has randomly posted a bunch of photos of the town of Conwy against this listing.  Conwy is a completely different town to Rhyl, it's sixteen miles away and in a different county so ignore Steve's holiday snaps as they are completely irrelevant to this car park.
