Ordered food from here tonight. Something we do fairly regularly. What an absolute disgusting experience. Whilst we understand that roads in town are closed, making things difficult for deliveries we certainly didn't expect to wait 2 hours! We were told it would be with us in half an hour! We called again after an hour to be told it was on it's way. It didn't turn up for another hour. We had ordered kebab meat and chips for two. Something that would already be ready to go. When the food finally turned up, we had half of what we'd usually receive and it was completely cold and the chips were like cardboard, along with the meat! It ended up in the bin as it was inedible. They are also no longer taking card payments, so it's safe to say we won't ever be ordering from here again! Very unhappy customer tonight.

Food was good but unfortunately ordered a Sicilian pizza which was meant to have pepperoni and onion. I added mixed peppers and mushrooms. But no pepperoni was on the pizza. Which was a shame as I like and paid for pepperoni. Hopefully next time I order a simple mistake won't happen.
I feel I need to update the review as the last time I reviewed was 2 years ago and didn’t order since due to bad experience. We decided to try Chico’s again recently. First time we ordered was very speedy. Food was delicious and big portioned; defo worth the money. We have ordered a few times since. They forgot the hash brown out of the chicken burger. I did notice but felt the meal was so big it didn’t bother me as much. To our surprise half hour later the delivery man is knocking on our door and explains he’s realised he left the hash browns on the side so brought 2, along side a huge tub of loaded nachos. Didn’t expect this at all and was a very nice surprise. We’ve noticed the time after this order we received some freebies. Cheesy chips and mozzarella sticks not sure if it was a error or maybe they remembered us from last time and gave it us as a good gesture. But must say there are improvements. Delivery man is very friendly too. Didn’t catch name. Sometimes have waited around 1.15 mins for order too.
Ordered some food this evening, half arrives, called the shop, was told the rest of our order would be with us in 10 minutes. Delivery man arrives and we are still missing items. So called the shop again, extremely rude staff and actually had the cheek to ask if we wanted the rest of the food we paid for!!! Still waiting…… do not recommend
i have food poisoning, never ordering again
Not the place it was sorry. Ordered online got there and they didnt have what I ordered. Went again ordered 2 14" pizza waited and got 1 14" reminded them I ordered 2, waited..... Got the first 1 back again as well as a 12" reminded them again..... waited .......... Got the first 14" and now 2 12" pizza. Gave up took what I got and came home and microwaved my first 14" back to a warm state!........... People it pains me to say it but it's not Chico's anymore go else where.
The Large Mixed Kebab was large once BUT they just get smaller and smaller as time goes by. Is a real shame because it so nice. Sid will go mad
Always been the best takeaway in town, went for a Yankee Burger from their Specialty Burger section and although there was no bacon as stated, it was still amazing, the Nachos were great too and the fact they delivered to me at work, a few steps up the road was excellent.
