Excellent delivery service. Cheapest in the city. They're always very friendly and polite and sometimes even take extra time to chat with me. My order has always come within the hour, which is great. Definitely worth giving them a try, you won't regret it. I love that every 7th order i get 3 dollars off the delivery charge. I'll definitely be using their service from now on.
Not sure what happened to these guys, went from 30-45 minute deliveries to 1-2 hour deliveries. They also disregard when someone says things like "I'll be home after 5:20" and show up shortly after 5:00. There's better services in the city, would not recommend Good Cheer anymore which is a shame, the drivers are very friendly.
Wife order liquour today at 430- I get you guys close at five but the wife was still thinking it was showing up at 8 pm because she used your app and I guess ”orderd are confirmed manually" but it's like 4 hours later we're still waiting

Due to the fact i don't drive I order from them pretty frequently and never have a problem. Yes sometimes they take longer than usual but usually that's during peak hours and other operations take just as long then. Plus I have had other operations be rude and good cheer have always been polite to me. When I call they always confirm a backup if they can't find what I like as well. Their drivers are very polite. The key is to not order last minute on Friday night for your weekend party and expect it there in half an hour. Common sense. Thank you good cheer!
I've "tested" other delivery services just to see, & Good Cheer ALWAYS comes up ON TOP. YES, you may have to wait a bit during busy times think; they have to handle multiple orders & stand in line at the lcbo or beer stores just like you! then get through traffic to deliver - but it's worth it :. Today, Sat. July 3RD I had a wonderful gentleman who explained to me all the costs/charges & I was surprised how fast my order had arrived. I called to thank Good Cheer & I do hope they acknowledge that man's exceptional and friendly attitude! Thank you very much!
Friendly drivers and fast service! Cheapest delivery in town, last time I checked. A very helpful service throughout the pandemic. That Jim is dreamy I've been using this service for 8+ years and wouldn't trade them for another company
