1 star only because i cant give them no stars. Rubbish service and they got the order wrong. Rang in the order and they told me 9 oclock. I ordeŕed my dads food from Parkys for 8.55. They were on time but i had to wait half hour for my burger while my dads food got cold. When i complained they said it was a busy night. Unacceptable. Why not tell me it would be ready at 9.30 then i could have ordered my dads food for that time. I wanted to tell them to ram it but the missus didnt like that idea. When we got home the order was short one burger and the pizza was cold. Absolute rubbish. Definitely wont be going there again. Fact
The food is nice but every time I go they either short change me, give me old pound coins, get my order wrong or my food is cold and they try and blame it on the new girl behind the counter. Not acceptable to be honest. Apart from that the food is nice
Visited cadwell park for the super bike weekend a few years back..had the misfortune of eating a pizza from here on a Friday night.. Saturday morning my tent looked like a portoloo that had a stick of dynamite set off in it.. Really bad stomach..and definitely down to this place.
Awarded 1/5 in a hygiene inspection at the end of February 2019. Awarded 1/5 YET AGAIN in March 2020. Why, oh why are places like this allowed to remain open? It should legally be closed down, disgusting.
Awful service.. Wait 2 hours for a delivery and nothing. I cancelled the order then it turned up half an gour later and the driver was trying to get 4 pound delivery charge out of me for no food.swerve it!!
food has gone down hill they have changed the specie potatoes to cheap new potatoes its just not the same also the new guys working there all ways short change me and are rude i bin coming to chicken express for over 15years and it has never bin this bad
What a waste of a takeaway shop wants closing down know the old boy is never there just had a takeaway delivered and it was cold and my friends food was all wrong tried phoning them back no answer I will be taking the food back tomorrow
