One of the worst pizza shop i order pizza and comes with hair in it and he can’t say that hair is mine as hair is cooked in oven and it comes out of cheese and inside as well you can see in the photo and video

Everytime we ordered, we were served with the good quality pizza and the staff was really polite. But the last time we ordered pizza and the wings but unfortunately we received the bad quality chicken which had a bad smell and don’t taste right. On calling, the word was given that they’ll be giving us the wings in our next order. Today I called to place order and as their staff had informed us to remind them regarding the chicken wings, I did so. The staff who answered the call was very rude and kept changing his words. To make a note the last time we don’t ask for it but the staff offered it. It was really a bad experience and did not expect such kind of behaviour. If you’re telling that if was some other staff, then may be you need to improvise your service. May be you can give the reference number to the customer when inconvenience is caused instead of treating the customer as a liar. Work on providing the better customer experience.

I asked for my usual pizza as a chicken tuna, mix, pepper and onion. I have a allergy with the green chilli they put the green chilli in my pizza. I’ll ask Pepsi they send me 7-Up and when I called for the restaurant they doesn’t believe this is ridiculous.

The one who takes orders can barely speak english. Didn't warn that the order would need to be paid in cash. The courier proved to me that it was my fault because I had to say that I would pay by card. Is it difficult to ask "how will you pay for the order"?

Wow - the 'thin' pizza was so thin I could see my hand through it.  So little topping on the pizza that it didn't really taste of anything but dough.

We have been customers for years. They don’t care about their loyal customers at all. They increased the prices, the food quality has fallen especially the Pizza and have started lying to their customers about special deals. Beware at all costs. They have lost a customer and i advise everyone to never order from here. Must i also say the worst customer service ever, the guy on the phone was swearing saying I'm a liar and wanted to fight me. Terrified me and my daughter. DON’T EVER ORDER FROM HERE!!!!

I had an order from this pizza shop the delivery guy asking for extra money and the taste of pizza was very bad I don’t recommend this pizza shop for anyone.

Good choice for a late night snack when you're tired of room service. Open later than most and offer delivery to nearby hotels. With all the food we've eaten in London the "deal three" has to have been our most economical meal - and it was good food. We've eaten Chicago pizza in Chicago, but ignore that. See this as a hot, tasty late night snack and it's good.

a large pizza has 5 slices and costs £20  I already ordered and I don't order anymore, it's not worth it

Ordered Pizza Kebab, There was Nothing Like pizza Kebab, do Not order you won't Get What You Expect, The Meet Was some spice Meatballs Not a Lamb Kebab  stay away form it
