Decided to visit this lovely, large restaurant on Saturday evening with my friend. We arrived about 7pm and placed an order quiet quickly... we were both starving and we kind of knew what we wanted. Sadly it wasn't a great start to our experience... not only the restaurant was super loud due to some clowns upstairs almost destroying the restaurant, we had to wait over an hour for our food for the same reason, this large party upstairs and my dish was luke warm. This could have been because my friend had a lasagna and came very hot by default. However, the way the waiter and manager treated us was top notch! And for those reasons I gave it 4 stars and I would totally recommend this place to families, couples and groups. They truly understand the meaning of customer service, people skills and keeping customers happy. I will definitely come back again!!
I ordered through Deliveroo under their Pinsa Pizza name and I was so impressed! A lot of care went into packing my items and the rectangular pizzas came in perfect conditions inside their designated, beautiful rectangular pizza packaging. The sides also came in cute boxes that snugly fit the portion of the food. Thank you so much for making the fries perfectly golden and crispy as well as delightfully tender inside. My order took under 34 minutes to reach me and that includes production AND delivery. Extremely satisfied with this experience. I ordered between 2 and 3 PM on a Thursday :
Lovely food. Service was okay. The 1st lady who served us wasn't very welcoming and came across quite cold towards us. When we asked if they accept tesco voucher the ladynot sure if she is the manager, blonde hair and tied back with eastern european accent. No smile or greeting when we walked in so straight away I was not very impressed and they were so quite at the time! I have worked in luxury customer service/retail industry and I believe it is very important to be welcoming and to smile, say hello, greet your customers and let them know you are there to help. 1st impression makes a huge difference on your experience. We didn't really get this when we walked in, sat down and ordered our food. The second younger lady, longer hair who took over the other lady was more friendlier and more approachable. Other than that, the food was delicious and we can't complain about that!
Went for dinner, amazing staff and delicious food, enjoyed as per usual. They do have halal options as well.
Oh my days- this restaurant is fabulous, the interior is amazing, so home like and so chill. The staff are so smiley and welcoming, we was served by Vangelis- so kind and funny, knowing the menu and advising us on each step. The food is AMAZING- freshly prepared, the dough for the pizza is so italian style and all the starters and deserts are delicious. Well done, guys, keep it up
Went there for my father’s birthday but was very disappointed by the service. The calamari was decent. But the pizza we got was burned. The waiter made us feel so uncomfortable we weren’t even able to ask for new pizzas.
Staff were to interested in talking to each other gathered by the kitchen area. Took 20 mins for someone to take our order there was then a 30 minute wait in between starter and main and we had to wait that long for our dessert we decided to take it home. At no point were we asked if we wanted pepper which we thought was a standard at bella italia and if it isn't it should have been on the table. We were also not asked if we wanted another drink or if the meals were OK. At one point one member of staff was leaning over the kitchen area where customers meals were waiting showing the chef her 'new spot' Wish we'd gone to nandos!
If i can give 0 i would. Lady who served us was the only positive thing of our lunch with my family. The chef got np idea how to work in a kitchen, sending out prawns and calimari and after 15-20 minutes the fries for it, horrible. Never experienced worste experience what i had here, personally me just ordered a pizza waited 35 min and the pizza is like a better frozen pizza, nothingspecial. Very bad, 0 star, never again. They should be happy i pay for the staff. However again, the floor lady did her best, well done to her.
Jus had lunch, pizza, olive, garlic bread and laminate. Pizza is very good but olive little salty, and salad is wrose which they should improve. Browny is excellent. Overall customer service and hygine is good. Wasn't very busy and seat was available. When big que in nandos this is the best place to vosot without que and deffinetly free parking.
Although I enjoyed my meal - first time visitor - it would have been better if I had not had to eat it while wearing my jacket. Although we sat well away from the door it was still quite cold inside. It also meant that our meals cooled down quicker.Food: 4/5
