Customer service, was very good, nicely decorated inside, seating outside, large car park at the rear. Light lunch menu roast of the day sandwich full of roast beef, the chips were with skins on & the salad was very fresh with a tasty dressing. We were happy with the price paid, & felt full after eating. Highly recommended, we will return again .
Smart place with good atmosphere. Standard pub menu, I had steak&ale pie which was very good, fresh veg and possibly the worst chips ever! Sent them back for a newly cooked plate and almost as bad. How can you get it so wrong - looked brown, soggy and grey inside YUCK. Please review this basic ingredient as it spoilt what was otherwise a good meal.
Great british pub food. Good menu not to much. And proper freshly cooked onion rings. Highly recommend
Staff are lovely but service lacks a lot, it’s a struggle trying to find someone to ask for another drink which is very frustrating. Food is lovely we are a monthly regular! Steak and ale pie is amazing but we order with fries instead of chips as they aren’t great.
I've been in for food several times, and it's been really good. Drinks are kept well. Well worth a visitFood: 5/5
Lovely restaurant nice staff food was lovely took a while to come but that's a good thing gave us time a have a couple of drinks no complaints at all definitely will be going back Kid-friendliness: Definitely child friendly Parking: Plenty of parking space Wheelchair accessibility: Good wheel chair accessibility
Staff very friendly and very accommodating very pleasant country pub will be eating here again
It was a walk-in visit on weekday lunch. We were directed to a nice table, service quick and pleasant. Not too busy and plenty of alfresco seating on a glorious summer's day. Very pleasant, would visit again.
Lovely place, friendly staff. Food was just amazing.
Excellent all round. I was taken there by friends. It was homely, friendly and served great food. Loved it. Parking: Well built car park.
