Quickly become one of our favourite takeaways. Super service and top notch food. The menu is extensive with meals for every taste. Everything we have had has been superb. Definitely worth a visitFood: 5/5
Got a donner kebab from here. When I opened it at home the pitta bread fell apart and looked like it had been cut open with a blunt spoon ! The donner meat was at best warm. Also one of the delivery drivers was behind the counter loading chips into boxes for an order. Not very hygienic. Seem to be only bothered about the delivery’s so I won’t be bothering them with my custom again.
Really good food! Been here 3 times since moving into the area 3 months Ago! Wouldn’t go anywhere else now, brilliant food, good service ! Never had a Chinese as nice !! Be back next week ! :
I've always liked to support our local chippy, but last time the fish was very greasy. Thought would give them another chance tonight, but the fish was actually rotton and smelly. Phoned to complain but all they could do was offer more fish that we'd have to go out again to collect. No thanks, and will go somewhere else next time. Bring back George!
Absolutely disgusted, ordered 2 Singapore vermicelli at 18h00, delivered at 20h45. Phoned the chippee twice, the first time they told me it was on the way. An hour later I phoned again, they had not seen my order, and said they would prepare and send straight away. Being lied to and waiting 2h45 mins is absolutely disgusting.
Pricing is a joke and food is poor made me so sick lastnight.. 1st time going since george sold up .. rip off
For the last 6 years I've been visiting at least once a week. Generally very happy with the food and service. Unfortunately my wife has just been in and ordered the roast duck which is £6.70 on the printed menus in store and on their website. My wife waited 25 minutes for her food and was charged £10.50 for the dish! She advised in store that the menus showed a much lower price but was simply told the price has gone up. Ultimately if you're going to hike prices by 40% you need to advise at the point the dish is ordered and ensure your menus reflect this. We could also have ordered and paid fir this dish on uber for £8.50. Very disappointed at the service we've received tonight as previously loyal customers.
Thought i would get myself and son some chips on the way home and was not impressed with them. Didn't taste right tasted as if the fry oil needed changing plus they was two occupied with online services which i think they can't handle very well as the orders seemed all over the place . Use to be a nice chippy but wouldn't class it as the best in widnes
Chinese meals are great and their donner meat is to die for.
Waited for our delivery to arrive .... Ordered at 6.30 waited till 7.30 then tried to call the chippy 78 engaged calls later worse than doctors i gave up so come 8pm went to collect our order only to be told that it had only just been done !!!!! ..... definitely won't be ordering from here again ..... very disappointed
