The shop closed last year as the land lord wanted to build flats instead. The business has moved to a unit on a farm nearby. Unsure if you have make an appointment to view or can just turn up?
An amazing labarynth of literature which is so full of volume now that over flow books are on sale for a pound outside. The books are reasonably priced and you can buy a book from yesteryear that you will treasure for ages. The owners were once village educators. Parking usually available outside. This place is a hidden gem.
Huge selection of books from all eras- feels like there is something for everyone here. The owners are very friendly and helpful.
My purchase arrived very quickly and I received lovely customer service.
For sutch small town a very fine bookshop, with towsand of books and engravures, it's easy to get "lost" in the world of the books. PS: many books in french.
