Opening times are 9-5 Monday to Friday and 9-1 on a Saturday. Not as Google has suggested. Internet use is also now free. Please check Monmouthshire County Council website/Chepstow Community Hub.
Always good to go to the library and staff knowledge is great.
We love this library but it would be helpful if you posted a full day closure online instead of finding it closed all day on arrival, particularly having checked online before we left. I have a very disappointed son.
Always a keen library member, I signed up at Chepstow soon after moving here in the Spring. It is a lovely, welcoming place. There is always something going on here - activities to attract all ages.Whenever I have visited, to borrow or return books, it has always been busy with people reading newspapers, using the computers, joining in story sessions or, of course, browsing books.Five stars for Chepstow library!
Miserable staff , they seem to be very busy with their computers. They show no interest in your queries. They look at you as you are a burden for them. Internet is expensive, £1.5 for half an hour if you are not a member. If you are willing to use your own computer Wi-Fi is terrible and no printing facilities.
Very helpful staff with a good selection of books for a small library.
excellent selection of books and my kids have loved the story time over the years
