Excellent. Vinny was very thorough and no mess... left our cooker as good as new. Would recommend.
I was highly recommended this company and although the cleaner was very friendly and polite I was extremely disappointed with the overall clean. I found it poor, I felt it was rushed and he shared that they get bonuses the more ovens they clean which is unfortunate as the level of service then clearly slips where they try to rush through and onto the next job. I was shocked when I paid an extra £10 on the day for a hob clean too and he merely sprayed and wiped it taking less than a minute. I had to ask him to do it properly which he was fine about but it felt uncomfortable having to ask. The total cost was £100 but I’d never use the service again as I felt I could have done it myself just as good if not better.
Our first experience of Eco Tech Oven Cleaning has been a very positive one. The booking process with Linda was straightforward and Steve's oven & hob cleaning has left everything sparkling ! Both were very pleasant to speak to and very helpful, too. We will definitely be using them again.
From the initial inquiry, to the quote and then coming out to do the job on the day, it was a professional, polite and all round fantastic service. Left our oven looking like new. If the Mrs loves it, then that counts as a pass. Only problem, I forget to get a price for the hobb. Went straight on the phone and again Linda was as professional as you can get. She`s going to arrange another call out to have this sorted. Simply amazing. Waste no more time if your looking for a fantastic all round service. These guys are the real deal
The man was 1 and a half hours late but phoned to tell me so wasn't a problem. Did such a good job and were much cheaper than other companies. Would definitely use again and recommend. Oven looks brand new!
