I have just picked up my jacket and after paying i then looked at the jacket to see the jacket still dirty i then spoke with the owner on the phone who after clearly seeing the dirt on facetime refused to give me a refund of the jacket i have be a loyal customer for a few years now but will never be returning STAY AWAY !!!!

I`ve used Brilliant Dry cleaners  for a considerable amount of times, and for different reasons,and I can only say that their Ironing Service is without a doubt the best in the area ,as I`ve tried several others before and none of them focus on quality like these guys do.
Other service i`ve used was the alterations and repairs , which once again they are one of a kind ,as they`re the only ones, that provide an alteration service while you wait, in the area, which was great for a pair of trousers i`ve bought for a party that evening.
Highly recommend.

Great relationship with the customers, I had  stains on my white shirt, which other dry cleaners weren't able to take out, and these guys took it out on the same day, would recommend to everyone.

Poor service . every now and then clothes are missing and they don't even inform the customer. Clothes are never ironed properly as well.
