I had a worrying problem with my right knee which threatened regular exercise. Jane was extremely thorough in understanding the background and causes before proceeding to give me excellent advice in how to manage and reduce the symptom. A few months later it is still fine. Thank you!
Further to major surgery on my ankle I was referred to Hayley to progress my recovery. From my initial consultation it was clear that Hayley was very personable, engaging and knowledgeable providing a clear plan for progression whilst explaining the exercise programme and what would be achieved. The focus is not only on physical recovery Hayley was aware of the need to understand how I was coping as an individual due the constraints imposed further to my surgery. My treatment plan has progressed into acupuncture for pain management due to end-stage arthritis - this lady has many skills! Needless to say I’m extremely fortunate to have been referred and wholeheartedly recommend.
Following a total hip replacement, I booked to see Louisa for physiotherapy to aid my recovery. After 4 months I am fully active, with excellent mobility and have regained good muscle strength. Louisa takes time to explain the benefit of each exercise, the reason why the body reacts in certain ways, and gives great tips on how to overcome any difficulties. There is no doubt that the success of my recovery has been down to her knowledge and advice.
I highly recommed this clinic for their pain relief ability, professionalism and friendly staff. You won't find a better Physiotherapy Clinic in Gloucestershire.
A fantastic clinic run by friendly, knowledgeable staff...starting with the receptionists who always give a lovely welcome! I have seen Hayley, Jane and Louisa for for my hips, calf, back, neck and other various injuries over the years and each of these talented practitioners have given excellent advice, support and exercises to get me back on the hockey pitch. All three physio’s have looked at my physiology as a whole, not just the specific injury, giving you far more effective treatment that can treat even my long standing issues. I literally couldn’t recommend all 3 of them enough! I’ll see you next week for more excellent treatment Thanks Philippa x
I have been helped by both Hayley for shoulder injury and Jane for knee pain over the years. Assessment has always been thorough and treatment effective. They always work hard to support recovery as quickly as possible and give instruction and advice for exercises to rebuild stability through healing and in the long term. They are my go to physio clinic and the one I recommend to others as I value their professionalism and skill.
Jane Luss has always given me excellent advice and guidance for my neck, back and shoulder problems over the years. Her assessment is thorough and guided by her extensive professional knowledge and expertise. Her hands on treatment quickly locates the problem areas. I have found the follow up exercises really have supported my recovery and her help and advice has been invaluable. I can fully recommend Jane and the clinic.
I have been treated by Hayley on and off for several years with different injuries. She is an incredible Physiotherapist, with a huge amount of knowledge and is highly skilled. Most recently she has been treating me following major surgery for Breast cancer. Both Hayley and Jane run an exceptional practice with a very experienced team, second to none. I would not go any where else and would be happy to be treated by any of their team .Thank you.
Jane was recommended by my knee surgeon and successfully rehabbed my knee. Jane is also one of the few physios recommended by Ossur to fit knee braces. After a long period of tennis elbow Hayley gave me acupuncture that successfully healed me almost immediately. I would have no hesitation in recommending Cheltenham Physio & Sports Injury Clinic.
The clinic was referred to me by a friend. After suffering from migraines for many years and collapsing at work twice, I met Hayley. She is very talented and friendly. She does acupuncture and I must say it saved me. I rarely get migraines now and I still enjoy going back to Cheltenham from time to time to have my acupuncture session. I really don't get the bad comment about rude staff because everyone who works there is so friendly.
