A very comfortable, modern, exclusive 2 floors store that sells official Chelsea FC merchandise items. It is located inside the Stamford Bridge stadium complex. You can find many quality goods here; jerseys, jackets, hats, dolls, key chain, etc. Tege staffs were very kond, polite, and professional. The payment service was quick. Good place for any Chelsea FC fans
Very cool store for the Chelsea fan. District tube was all messed up so it took forever to get there however when I did lots of selection for gifts for my dad. All sorts of times and a place in the back to personalize a jersey anyway you wish. The items will make my dads birthday special so worth the trip! Staff was very helpful.
Awful. Bought a top for my daughter for her birthday and impossible to communicate with anyone. Paid extra for next day delivery and weeks after I ordered still nothing. Birthday long gone now. No one to speak to. Emails you can’t reply to. Absolutely hopeless. Save your money.
TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE - I WOULD NOT USE AGAIN. Ordered a personalized kit as a birthday present, has not arrived TEN10 days after estimated delivery date and no support through their chosen carrier or through the Chelsea FC Megastore website. Utterly disappointed considering the cost associated with this, terrible customer support and service. I would not recommend using this website.
Worst service ever. Bought £170 worth of clothing 3 weeks ago, nothing. Chased them, rude customer service chat. Probably the worst customer service i have ever experienced. As a season ticket holder as well I'm embarrassed by the way they operate.
This place has just about everything at Chelsea fan would want! Jerseys, t-shirts, hoodies, accessories, everything! Don't be scared by the long lines at checkout. They have a ton of people working and the line moves extremely fast.
the worst service ever. I ordered 200 plus GBP worth of an order for my birthday, back in November. It's almost been 2 months and I still did not receive my order. I left so many emails and tried calling the customer support but got no reply what so ever. they just don't care. please don't waste your money here.
My cashier Wednesday was extremely Pro.,nice and helpful in the Megastore. Our Group of Co. would be delighted to have this temp. employee.

Don't buy online from this place. Order goes missing as soon as it's shipped & going by what others are saying this happens quite frequently. Customer service is non existent & don't bother asking for a refund because they'll just ignore you. Absolutely disgraceful service. Shouldn't be allowed to trade!!!
