Fantastic service ordered one day came the next. We had 3 tonne of plum slate it looks great in our garden. Very reasonable too £80 per tonne. Would highly recommend.

Excellent all round from order to free local delivery on orders over a certain amount and location. If they haven't got it, then can get it Cheers for a great service again
Awful customer service and a very bad attitude in dealing with their own errors. After using them for an extension and making several orders with them previously I was let down massively without any apology or recompense for the time and money wasted. In fact, they were rude when challenged. My penultimate order was messed up - items half delivered, the missing items a couple of days late with no message or explanation. final order was a complete shambles. Items not delivered and Chells telling me that they had been. They finally acknowledged their error and delivered the missing items over a day late with no urgency, just a big attitude problem when challenged. I asked what they could do to put me right x2 bricklayers and labourers on site with nothing to do - but I still have to pay for. They told me they wouldn't do anything at all. Unreliable and unhelpful service. Very poor customer care. I hope that the busy phase of lockdown they are experiencing lasts for them, because their service will turn people away when the dust settles!
