Good selection of all things kids, however the prices can be on the higher end. The items they carry are decent quality for the most part and vary in terms of brands. There's often sales but more often than not they exclude all products from many brands that they carry, which makes the sales hit and miss.
At one of my visits, the store was running a "Spend $X, get a $20 gift coupon" promotion, and I was recently very frustrated to see that the coupon had expired when I was in the store parking lot. I had tried to use it one previous time, but the store was apparently running another promotion that day and refused to take my coupon. I'm quite irritated by the coupon expiring because I only received it a few months ago so it wasn't like 5 years old. Other times I have tried to arrive to use my coupon and the store is randomly closed which means I've wasted a trip out. I have been in a few times and generally find the staff a bit cold/perfunctory and it has made me feel awkward in the store. The prices are not terribly great - even when on sale - and you can generally find things for less by buying from the brands directly. Stock seems to move slowly so I assume I'm not the only one finding the prices high. I will probably not be back in. I try to support smaller/local businesses but it's just not worth it for an unpleasant shopping experience and poor customer service.
I recently purchased a baby necklace from Cheeky Monkey after searching for "baby necklace free shipping" online. Initially, I was drawn to the store because of its apparent convenience and free shipping offer. However, my experience quickly turned sour. Upon placing my order and providing my address, I was surprised to discover that I needed to pick up the necklace from the store. Despite reaching out via email, I received no response regarding the possibility of shipping it to my home. This forced me to make an inconvenient trip to the store, disrupting my day and requiring additional childcare arrangements for my other children. To add to the frustration, when I arrived at the store during its supposed business hours, it was closed with no explanation. Attempts to contact them by phone were futile as no one answered. This lack of communication and professionalism was deeply disappointing. After finally managing to speak with someone from the store, I was offered the option to have the necklace shipped to my home for an additional $13. This blatant disregard for customer satisfaction is unacceptable. Rather than offering a seamless solution or even a simple return option, I was met with an additional cost for their mistake. Ultimately, I opted to retrieve the necklace myself, further inconveniencing myself and my child. To make matters worse, upon receiving the necklace, I was dismayed to find it was exceptionally small, meaning my baby would outgrow it in no time. In summary, my experience with Cheeky Monkey was marked by poor communication, inconvenience, and subpar product quality. I would caution other potential customers to think twice before purchasing from this store, as the level of service and product satisfaction leave much to be desired.
I ordered something online from this store thinking it would be late for my twins first birthday. To my surprise it was shipped and arrived the very next day! Definitely will be choosing Cheeky Monkey again for online purchases as I don't live locally. Very impressed with the service.
Quaint little shop with a wonderful variety of treasures for mother to be and baby. Very friendly service too.
Great experience! The staff member was full of useful information for us as first time parents, and the store has so much cute stuff! Since it is a smaller boutique I appreciated the smaller selection of quality products they had over somewhere like Toys R Us. Loved shopping there and really can't wait to go back again.

Went in looking for baby bottles for my sister's 1st baby...shocked to see how LIMITED of a collection they had. The saleslady was genuinely CLUELESS when I asked the specific product in mindtheir website showed 2 items still left. Shouldn't be a problem with how little inventory they have...found it myself. Reflective of how the pandemic has hit themlow sales?,I suppose. So let down...cheeky monkey is popular with new moms. For some reason...
They have a nice selection of products. I have been a few times and most of the time I have found the staff to be young and not very knowledgeable about the products...if you know what you are getting it's great but I wouldn't go there if I was seeking advice
Good selection of maternity and baby/toddler items. Some stuff same as babies r us, but priced higher. Friendly service.
