When you work for a company you represent them, so if you're using their vans with their name and logo on, maybe think about the damage your behaviour does to the company. Reading the reviews there is another from a resident in Harpole and speaking to people in the village it seems your staff are notoriously awful to deal with and the driving is atrocious. Two of your workers came into the local shop on 11/06 at around 15:45. And while the single staff person was already serving a customer and assisting her further they stood waiting in the queue for all of 30 seconds. They turned to ask if someone was serving, dispite them a. Not being first in the queue and b. Being other people including children in the shop. They were told by the staff person that they were helping someone, which was also plain to see. They then swore and stormed out, throwing their items on the floor. When the person called to them as an 'excuse you?' They were already half way across the road and swore back before racing off in their van. People are taking time out of their day to tell you how bad you are. Something to think about perhaps.
Absolutely shocking driving by a little fiesta van reg ending FCU this morning on the M42 heading towards Swadlincote. 85 mph up peoples backsides in torrential rain edging them to move over so he could go even faster!! Not sure if he was late or looking cause an accident!! Sort out your drivers by the looks of the reviews!!!
First their van was illegally parked outside Hartshill Post Office on zig zag lines near a pedestrian crossing, then as the driver drove towards the A5 the passenger threw a steady stream of rubbish out of his window.
Terrible customer service and telephone manner. How do companies like this get jobs on public roads. I had the dis-pleasure of speaking to a gentleman called Lee who was just completely unhelpful and rude regarding the road closure on Larkhall Lane, nr Harpole, Northampton on Tuesday morning at 8am regarding access.
Up and down the kerb, dangerous overtake then going straight from a right turn only lane cutting in front of a fully loaded artic. Shocking.
From reading previous reviews that people have approached this company not by their services, but from their dangerous driving is appauling. I had recently experienced a white van from Chasetown Engineering tailgating me on a 60mph road bearing in mind I was doing the max speed limit of 60mph and had dangerously overtook me. This company should definitely have their driving license revoked and based on their poor dangerous driving we can imagine what their quality business services would be like.
Like others, jesus! Do not employ this cowboy builder on the basis of their driving! Risk taking on a 40mph, literally tailgating cars in front, swinging from lane to lane and then last minute dive in front of our vehicle at 50mph with our 11 week old daughter in the car. Appalling and dangerous driving. Licence should be stripped
I get that you have a job to do but when the housing site you are working on is already being occupied with residents you have to take some level of respect, not park your vans everywhere so it makes it chaotic for the residents to get out of the street for work in the morning!! Absolute numpties.
Looks like I'm not the only one but this guy thought it was a good idea to undertake me then try and run me off the road in Brownhills in his red signed up van not the cleverest idea in a sign written van I had two children and my fiance in the car at the time. He then proceed to get so far up my rear i could smell his vans air freshener. Going by the reviews on here I wouldn't trust his work either. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
I'm unsure as to how the business model works as the majority or the workers on site seem to spend the majority of their time vaping or drinking brews whilst looking at the work instead of actually getting on with it. I do hope they don't invoice by the hour/days on site. Especially on the cotton's site in Holmes Chapel. It would be nice if they could form a conversation between each other without the use of foul language, as there are a lot of young families on the estate.
