We really can't recommend Charter Vets and the MiNightVets teams enough - they were so good with our very poorly pup while on holiday in the area. Took him to the night team early morning and he was seen within minutes. His handover care to the day team and back to the night team was flawless, and communication with us throughout was brilliant. All the staff we spoke to were knowledgeable, professional and reassuring at a very worrying time. He was so well looked after and much to our relief, is now back to his usual self! Thank you so much from all of us.
Evil shell of a corporate structure. received my bill yesterday from you, the lack of empathy and aftercare after my animal died under your watch is disgusting! No explanation as to what actually happened, no phone call about the results of his tests. I had to call you because there is no way your bill is being paid without answers. Your female vet is extremely unprofessional and lacks empathy. something about his death certainly doesn't add up either. what's worse is Argyle falls under the same company as you, so the lack of choices now in this Town is none. Not that it is great to begin with. I can't change what happened, but can stop others from making the same mistake. Because irl say it again the circumstances of his death were extremely suspicious.
Took my dog in for annual check up. Visit went well. John was very good. First time we have seen him. Thank you
Quality of care is great but timekeeping here has really declined in the last couple of years. Now seems to be normal to have to wait 20-30 mins after scheduled appointment time.
Amazing vets. Was on holiday and our poor pup had a really bad ear infection. They fitted him in that day and treated him. Very friendly team and genuinely care about animals. Thanks so much
Cannot fault the service they give. Our loveable little rat dog is all the better for her major operation. I won't say if theyre cheap or expensive as I've yet to meet a vet who was anything but expensive but overall the care level was very good and thats all that really matters
A brilliant facility! We used the emergency night service for our dog and it was fantastic. The vet was absolutely lovely, explained everything clearly and took great care of our pet. Great advice over the phone too. Thank you so much!
Lovely vets. They explain everything clearly and care about the animals. The prices are what you would expect not that you can put a monetary value on a family pet and any options are explained thoroughly. We arrived with a poorly dog at 11:30 pm and they treated him very well and made us feel at ease.
Caring, supportive staff, clean waiting room and consultation rooms. Excellent facilities and exceptional staff, from reception to vets. We have been shown such compassion, advice and care following the illness of our dog. They do everything to ensure the wellbeing of both pets and owners. When our dog was admitted for 2 nights for observations and treatment they allowed us a short while to visit her in a side room which was important to us and I'm sure helped with keeping our dog calm and happy. They made sure she was comfortable and I trust they will do anything to keep her well.
The Charter Veterinary Hospital team are extremely helpful, professional and committed to the care of the animals they treat. I highly recommend their services and feel very lucky to have such a wonderful veterinary service to hand for my dogs. They take extra time to explain procedures and they go above and beyond to ensure the best welfare for their clients both human and four-legged.
