We run a local company Vici Hot Tubs and have expanded into garden decking/Fencing and gazebos. We love the service and efficiency of this company. Friendly staff and of course good prices!

Great service, great product.

Called earlier this week for prices & availability. Turned up today & ordered & collected my 4x2 & featherboard lengths. Both contacts were helpful and friendly. This includes the guy in the warehouse who helped me load up. Great quality timber & great service.

I ordered some Plywood from them I selected 1p delivery which was going to arrive anytime with in the next 2 weeks. I was happy with this. I called them 3 weeks after my order and they said they had been very busy and it would come in the next week. after 6 weeks with no contact from them I call them up and asked for my money back. They didn't apologise and I am never going to order wood from them again.

Always good customer service, have visited and purchased a fair bit the last year. Slight disappointment that were within the 10mile radius however were charged delivery. Odd Down is under 10 miles. However if in Bath there is a charge.

Reasonably priced garden furniture and fittings. They come flat packed and are delivered within days.  Be careful though - not everything comes with instructions and what should be a simple put together operation, can become a frustrating conundrum.

Got a 3 foot fencing panel to day and fell apart. Contacted  Charltons and there was an issue  with the batch. Jim manager sorted it out for me. Terry onsite was most helpful. I have used Chaltons before and this was the first issue I had and it was sorted immediately. Excellent service.
