Joined about a month ago. Had a great induction with Mike who has tailored my program around my injuries. These guys really know their stuff! Also tried out the group PT session, the style of exercise is changed each week and adapted depending on who is attending. I know they have lots of improvements and plans for the future, so much more personable than some of the other big gyms. Highly recommend!

Cracking gym / injury rehabilitation run by Mike and Rob. Well equipped gym to cover everyone's abilities. The knowledge and passion of Mike and Rob is incredible. Always willing to give advice and guidance. What you get for your membership cost is incredible. You won't be disappointed with the service they provide. This gym is going places and I look forward to see it expand, go and see for yourself you won't regret it.

Only the second gym I’ve ever joined cause of being embarrassed, joined with my daughter for support and it’s the best move I’ve ever made. Both Mike & Rob are lovely guys, helpful, knowledgeable and very welcoming. I’ve never been made to feel out of place or embarrassed and I absolutely love it. Long May their success continue

Best gym around! Mike and Rob are very professional , I’ve had a hamstring injury since February , I used to Road run 5 times a week and had to stop, thanks to Mike , he gave me a program to follow and sports massage therapy and I feel like a different person! Highly recommend this gym for any age and ability .

Excellent gym. Mike and Rob are extremely helpful. Open 7 days week what more could you want. Clean and tidy. Even get a cheeky free espresso before a workout . Definitely recommend this place.

Have had neck pain and pins and needles for months now, had a single session with Mike and both symptoms have fully resolved allowing me to start to exercise more under the guidance of him and get my quality of life back. I generally believe this is the answer to many health problems and the experience of both Mike and Rob make you feel safe and that you will achieve your goals. Highly recommend.

I have only been a member for a couple of weeks now and think it's so great. Mike and Rob has made me feel at ease since the first time I wanted to have a look. For someone who suffers with anxiety, the gym rarely feels uncomfortable. I've been to gyms in the past and the worry of feeling out of place has 'scared' me away from them. I also love the fact you can even just pop in to use the coffee machine, and a chin-wag. Although I've not really had a chance to have the full 'customer service' they both seem to have the experience in this industry and seem very approachable. Well done guys, fully recommended!

Great little gym! The new owners have done really well to modernise the space and put on some good kit. It’s small but you can find everything you need to get in a quality workout. My mum also absolutely adores the physio here.

5 stars are just not enough for this absolutely amazingly awesome health and fitness club.   I messaged Mike and Rob on the fitness page to ask to have a look around. I had a speedy informative reply and lots of flexibility. On arrival we met Mike, he was friendly, accommodating, happy, supportive, caring, knowledgeable and honest. We had different reasons for look at the gym and they varied largely. Mike was very good at talking us though each piece of equipment in the different areas and was able to answer every single question we had a lot with regards to an injury, after our tour and talking to Mike he spoke to us honest and knowledgeable about a previous injury in the injury clinic space. We listened and learnt so very much. We came away any chatted, I instantly wanted to join this relaxed, friendly, welcoming, caring, supportive local gym and so did my partner. We then messaged Mike who actually felt like a friend we had known for years to get booked in for an induction. We now attend and are really pleased with the service. Overall this review is just to say how fabulous Mike and Rob are at what they do! I must add on another visit I met Rob and he was just as happy, caring, knowledgeable and supportive. They know so much and they genuinely care about you, you aren’t a number like other commercial gyms. Every time I’ve been to workout I usually see one of them or both. It’s so refreshing to know there’s such a great service in our local area, it is such a good vibe, relaxed atmosphere, non judgemental and happy place to be. I’ve been to many gyms throughout my time and none, not one have I ever received this level of care and attention. Nothing is too much trouble and they are so supportive whatever your reasons are for wanting to join. So a huge thank you to you both for being so great and awesome!!

I e been going to this gym for a while now and it has done a phenomenal impact on my life , going to the gym makes life so much positive , not only for the body but also for the mental health , I can’t see myself not going to this gym. Started at this gym is easy , the induction is smooth , the staff are very welcoming and they help you with how to prevent injury during workouts using the right body movements , 10/10 for this church like gym  You’ll end up going “religiously “
