From start to finish my experience was perfect. Charlotte is amazing and the rest of the crew in Southsea are so helpful! If you are wanting to design a bespoke ring as a surprise for a partner but have no idea how, this is the place for you. Charlotte went through every fine detail with me and we created the perfect ring for my now fiancé who is absolutely in love with it! And with lots of time restraints visiting from Australia they managed to complete it a week earlier than expected.
I was looking for a sentimental ring in memory of my Godfather. Charlotte and her team were very welcoming and helpful. I absolutely love the ring, it is so unique and I always get compliments about it. Would 100% recommend Charlotte if you’re looking for something different and eye catching. Thank you once again. What a wonderful experience me and my partner had here with Charlotte and team, after planning on visiting a number of jewelry shops on the 15/10/22 looking to have two wedding bands made from my partners grandmas gold watch. Charlotte and her wonderful team made my 50th Birthday so incredibly special they bespoke remodelled my wedding rings and a beautiful morganite my husband had purchased for me to create a breathtaking single ring to combine the essence of my wedding rings and my Birthday present from my husband. Charlotte designed us the most perfect wedding bands - elegant and perfectly formed in platinum. Her service was so personal and caring and this made planning even more special for us. The quality and design was head and shoulders above a chain jewellers. I am such a fan of her work - can't wait for an anniversary! x
What a gem of a place pardon the pun. My journey to this shop started with my admiring some unique looking jewellery in a pub about a year ago, since then I have been back several times, and ordered on line , most recently to collect a bespoke item designed by them, using some diamonds from my late Mothers ring. To say I am pleased with it would be an understatement . It is exactly how I imagined it to be, only better. I will be trusting them with other inherited items I'd like to "remodel" in the coming months. The environment is relaxed and accommodating and the service is very personal and friendly. I would recommend anyone who has an interest in unique, individual, quality jewellery to go there. But be warned, you will become addicted.
Charlotte Cornelius made me a beautiful gold necklace set with opals and diamond chips by melting down some of my old gold rings, very pleased with end result. They also made me some beautiful, bird design, earrings a while back. Earrings and necklace match, would highly recommend Charlotte Cornelius.

The whole experience, from enquiry to design & eventual collection of ring was easy, professional & exciting!
