Again the order came early ...... 2 hours early. I tried to resolve it and was called a trouble maker so much for customer service. Just eat tried to help but were ignored as I was going out the food was wasted they refused to replace it or refund it. It was my birthday treat. What a joke. I know I'm not the only one who is dissatisfied with their service

Absolutely vile!! Charged me 2.65 for a salad that was clearly off and then argued with me when I took it back and never replaced it or gave me my money back, A customer is always right!! I used this chippy regular well now you've lost my custom

Tonight charlies chicken smelled awful like its been laid around in this heat!! I am a regular customer but tonight was disgusting. If my kids turn ill with this you will be hearing from me!! Not be returning anymore. Very upset about this!
