Went to Chapter for a birthday celebration, and it did not disappoint. The staff were absolutely lovely and it was one of the friendliest, chillest experiences in a restaurant I've ever had. The atmosphere was gorgeous, with fairy lights and an old fireplace being right next to our table. The food itself was incredible, with the pizza being some of the best, although, the squid was my favourite part. Would recommend!
Chapter never misses theyre my go to restaurant in Canterbury. The pizza is always delicious, the staff are really nice, the atmosphere is good and the happy hour cocktails are just the cherry on top. If you haven’t been it’s a must!!
Went for lunch, menu was very good with tasty specials had the calzone which was delicious! We shared a side of parmesan fries which were good but could have done with a little more cheese. Excellent staff and a lovely ambience.
Very tasty pizza, friendly service. Venue looking a bit tired and dirty, especially toilets. Third pepper mill to find some pepper, also a bit grubby. Pizza was good value for £11.00 unlike the parking for 3 hours £12.80 . Come on Canterbury, support your businesses
Service a little slow. Pizza was tasty but served lukewarm and salad disappointing without the promised anchovies but with soggy croutons. Shame because it looked good from the outside.Food: 2/5

Really nice place, staff are really friendly. Pizza quality good. I got the fennel sausage one and wouldn't say it was for me but other pizzas and garlic bread nice! Happy hour cocktails are a great idea but need more glasses for them! Food: 4/5
Fantastic pizza with friendly service from the two women who were seating customers and taking orders. No light above our particular table so used our phone torches to read the menu! Food was delicious; pizzas, salads, chips and calamari.Food: 5/5
Great pizzas and Calzone. It isn't on their menu but there is draught lager available as well as a good selection of real and craft ales. Prices were good and the pizza filled me up, no need for lots of sidesFood: 5/5
