Used the services of Chappell & Clarke must say very helpful and done an awesome job polite friendly and very professional good quality work and I for one will recommend Paul (Chappell &clarke) to anyone fair price for work under taken .....bad side lives a chat and he’s tea lol no seriously lovely bloke lovely job done thank you

Contacted Paul Chappell, a fast talking Londoner, he was helpful , pleasant and promised a top rate plastering and decorating job in our new kitchen.

The results however were more than disappointing. Without electricity each day he said he would bring his own lighting but “it’s ok, I go by feel” he said as he ran his hand over the plaster.

When electrician eventually connected us, the appalling work was revealed, uneven walls, many imperfections, huge globs of paint dribbled down the walls!

We had to sand and fill holes, scrapes, ridges over the entire area, completely repaint and even now after hours of filling, patching and painting there are still many imperfections too bad to want to undertake at this stage.

Also not terribly reliable and on several occasions he failed to turn up which is more than irritating when you hang around all day for him.

Use again?......NEVER!!
