Had my Golf R with Chapmans today for a full service, including dsg and haldex oil. After requesting a quote online, Andy emailed me the following morning with a comprehensive estimate. From then communication was excellent from start to finish, my car was booked in two days later. Very professional service and would highly recommend.
Fantastic communication throughout, clear costings and Andy was brilliant. They were able to fix the car and even drove it home for me while I was at work. Cannot recommend highly enough! After some less than helpful garages these guys were able to diagnose and fix. Couldn’t speak highly enough of them. Won’t be using any other garage from now on!Service: Engine repair
Just had my A4 Allroad service & MOT carried out at Chapmans and they were excellent, it was the second time I had used them for a service. All work completed in the time they stated including extra bits that popped up during the service. Great communication on the phone whilst the work was being done and an email with a video showing an area for attention followed by a phone call to discuss. Good pricing for parts and labour and I would 100% recommend them to anyone.
I cannot recommend Chapmans highly enough. They took time and care to service my Audi A3 and point out several issues that I knew might need to be dealt with. They kept me informed throughout and were clear at all times about the costs involved. When I drove my car away she sounded and felt like a new car. I will definitely be going back to Chapmans if my car needs any further work. 5 stars are not enough! Thank you.Services: Oil change
After recently moving to the area and away from old mechanic heartbreaking i was struggling to find a reliable mechanic. When i realised there was an Audi specialist around the corner from my house i was delighted. I Have been here 3 times and all 3 times I've received nothing but exceptional service. Adam is a gent and took the time to explain the potential issues thay were occurring with my car the first couple of times I bought it over. Everything was explained clearly and they don't pressure you into getting work done with them, instead he recommended what I should do and encouraged me to make my own informed decision. Clearly this is a business that prides itself on great customer service and its quality. The staff members I've spoken too are all polite and clearly know their stuff. I've also recently had an MOT done which was quick and well priced. This will definitely be my go-to mechanic from now on and I recommend them to anyone that wants great service.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I had my brakes looked at and got a very honest and friendly response saying that they were absolutely fine. Will definitely be back here when they need doing in the near future!
