Absolutely iconic place. Very eclectic and with a great atmosphere. The character of this place takes for it self. The staff are polite. A bit pricey but it's worth the visit, if you enjoy eclectic people and places.nDefinitely, a must go when in Bournemouth. One of the best in town.

A great evening out, starting with tasty food, ending with live music. A nice atmosphere. Staff were amazing, including security staff who handled a busy evening very well.

A fantastic independant venue that I would 100% recommend.nWe had a large party for a Christmas do at Chaplins and it was absolutely brilliant.nThe food was amazing especially considering that they were catering for a large group. Everything was fresh, hot on serving, portion sizes generous and we all agreed, the food was really exceptionally delicious. A small detail that made a huge difference to the running of the meal was each plate being called by the recipients name! Saved so much time and faffing from all of us who almost certainly would have forgotten what we had ordered.nThe service from the entire team was terrific throughout the entire evening. Every team member was helpful and coped incredibly well with the constant onslaught of drinks/cocktail orders, which it is worth also noting the cocktails nThe atmosphere and venue itself is eclectic, welcoming and top tier.nThank you to the chaplins team for what was a fantastic night.
