What a place. I love Thai food and hadn't had it for some time. I tried to explain to my partner that Thai food was a taste sensation. Its nothing like Indian or Chinese food. I started with mixed veg tempura, it was delicious. My partner had the prawn toast. When they came they were beautifully presented. Then I had Thai green curry. The best I've ever had. My partner had stir fried cashew nuts and beef. Absolutely gorgeous. If they had 6 or more stars thats how I would rate this restaurant

Disappointing. This is a fast-food joint, not a real Thai restaurant. Which would be fair enough if the prices were McBurger-like. But they aren't... Our meal started well enough with delicious spicy soup but the rest was just OK, bland and samey and nothing special. Maybe the kitchen was under too much pressure when we visited, it being a Saturday night? Or maybe not: that fast-food feeling began when the waiter asked us to order by numbers from the well-worn menus, was reinforced by sitting at crammed-in tables, and was there for sure at the end of the meal when the waitress told us that credit cards were not being accepted because the card machine had just broken... I won't be returning.

What a surprise! Tucked away in the town of Brecon in the Brecon Beacons, this gem is not to be missed. Thai food like this is not to be confused with other oriental cuisine. It is the best eastern cuisine I have ever experienced. Having eaten in all the big cities and the highly reviewed eateries, I would live to see this one reviewed by a broadsheet foid critic. It would without a doubt earn full marjs.
