STAY AWAY LANDLORDS AND TENANTS. Slow, lethargic, unprofessional, dissapointing, condescending awful service. I've spoken to 5 different members of staff to try and book a viewing. We was promised to expect a call back however we was never called back. I feel sorry for the landlord who was looking for tenants as it took us 2 weeks to find out that the property we was interested in was no longer on the market, even though we was told on the same day it was still on the market. I asked the manager why I was just told 10mins prior by another colleague that the property was still available and now its not. And why its taken 2 weeks of me calling and not getting updates. And he's response was "its probably to do with your income". No one I've spoken to so far seems as though they care enough about their customers. I'll be very intrigued as to how landlords find their management. Absolutely useless.
So very lucky to have met Taylor from Chancellors. He has been so helpful and kind throughout the entire process and always willing to go the extra mile. Highly recommended
I couldn’t give Taylor a bigger thank you for delivering me an excellent tenant, achieving more rent than I’d even asked for! Chancellors found me a tenant within 3 days of my property going on the market, I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking to rent their properties.
The worst agent we have used. After purchasing their silver service we heard nothing whatsoever from them after introduction. Our tenant left after 13 months without the contract being extended so we had to collect rent for the final month, arrange checkout, etc. We then received a bill for the 13th month. I asked what service they were billing for and they could not articulate an answer but referred it to a debt collection service. They also sold us a very expensive Deposit Replacement Scheme for 650gbp. When I submitted the required paperwork and attempted to claim they kept stalling with utterly nonsensical answers, eventually telling me the deadline for a claim had passed. We will be referring the matter to the FOS. Chancellors have since been blacklisted on all of our properties and I would urge caution on behalf of landlords and investors. Please feel free to contact me if you have experienced similar in respect of misselling as if it is commonplace there are grounds for a class action.
