We have an extensive range of cardio, resistance and free weights equipment, a 1200 square foot exercise studio and Aurora sunbed.

With a packed timetable of classes including Boxercise, Ab Attack, Yoga and Legs, Bums and Tums you're sure to find a class to suit you. Bootcamp courses are also run throughout the year.
