We had a fantastic meal at The Chalkhill Blue in Andover! Huge thanks to Daniel & Tracy for their warm hospitality — they made us feel truly welcome from the moment we walked in.nnThe sausage & mash was hearty and full of flavour, and the fish & chips were perfectly cooked — crispy batter, flaky fish, and piping hot. We finished with some delicious ice cream, the perfect end to a lovely meal.nnThe service was spot on — friendly, attentive, and relaxed. It’s a lovely, welcoming pub with a great atmosphere and genuine care for their customers.nnHighly recommended — we’ll definitely be back!

This was our first time of eating at The Chalkhill Blue. It was a Monday lunch time so was a little quiet. We were there to enjoy a meal for our daughter and son in laws wedding anniversary,nWhat an amazing experience from the easy booking system on line to the welcome we received from Tracy on entrance.nEven though we was using a discount voucher we had received through our door, Tracy explained how this could be used, she took us to our table making us feel very comfortable. We weren’t rushed to order our meal allowing us to enjoy a chat.nThe restaurant was very well set out the tables were not on top of each other and appeared to have little private areas, but could be moved if needed too for larger parties.nWhen our food arrived it was set out really nicely, it was hot and cooked just right and tasted even better. We were served by Neil I think this was his name again he was very relaxed with us.nI felt the food was value for money being cooked fresh.nI personally would have no problem referring friends to The Chalk House Blue. We will return soon not just for special occasions.nAn added touch was we got to thank Daniel the chef on our way outnWe had a lovely time. .
Food was amazing. Well presented, tasty and hot.nYoung lady who served us sorry didn't get your name, you have dark hair with green in it, I complimented you as it was lovely was very attentive, polite and pleasure to talk to.nnOnly negative was the ladies toilets smelt very bad, not sure if there is a plumbing issue there
