Chalk Farm Cars was excellent. I had my in-laws and parents in town for a visit and so we used their cabs a great deal. Their cars were always available and never late, their prices were the best and their drivers were extremely courteous. I give it 5 stars easily.
Every time I use Chalk Farm Cars the drivers try to rip me off by asking for more than the amount told over the phone. Prices are always inconsistent with these guys, be careful!
Inconsistent prices; loud talking over the phone; rude tone and language. These are merely the tip of the iceberg when using this disgrace of a cab service, yet they wonder why everyone started using uber.
Utterly rubbish. So disrespectful and they just cut you off on the phone. Definitely won't recommend.

Car never arrived, Called 10 minutes after the due time and was told they are too busy. Why you guys book in advance if you cant fullfill it. I will advise to avoid them specially on christmas day.
Late no apology and had the audacity to try and charge me more than the dispatcher quoted. On Maps it shows they operate in paddington but they made you wait for ages and lie about the waiting times. Use a Add Lee or look for a local cab via google maps
Customer service was so terrible I think they block your number. Such a stupid service they use to be good
If I could give them no stars I would have.. utter useless
