I purchased a new to me Skoda Fabia, Jag was amazing. He dealt with my questions like a champ! and there were a few "Sorry Jag" solely based on my experience I would recommend Cars4u London without hesitation, Jag and the team appear to have a keen buyers eye as well as a value for money approach to sales. Thanks again for all the help Jag, the car is realy lovely.

I brought a smart car ice shine, a nice car. Jag the salesman was very helpful. The only thing wrong was it could have been cleaned inside and under the bonnet.

Please note. If you put a reservation fee on a vehicle before viewing and change your mind and cancel, you still need to go to the garage in person for a refund. If you live quite a distance I wouldn’t recommend it. I don’t see what the problem is to give a refund over the phone. If someone lives in East London for example and has an issue that they need to cancel or no longer want the car, it’s unreasonable to make them come all that way just to get their money back. It would save a lot of stress and anxiety for some people. A lot of car dealers have no problem giving refunds over the phone if someone changes their mind. I have no problems with Jag himself.

I found a Vauxhall Mokka X on autotrader at  Cars4u while searching for a ULEZ compliant car. We met Jag the saleman, super nice friendly guy. I felt no pressure into buying the car. But fell in love straight away as was just what I was looking for. Jag explained the whole process in detail and was really helpful. Thankyou once again. Will definitely reccomend to family and friends. Hannah.

I cannot recommend this company enough. Having the difficult task of finding a reliable car within a certain budget and time limit, I found the whole experience with Jag and the team easy and stress-free. At no point did I feel pressured to buy a car, instead I was offered genuine advice and was left to explore the options myself without someone breathing down my neck. I had the intention to buy an 2014 Audi A1 but instead walked away with a cheaper 2014 Polo under the guidance of Jag who suggested this was more suited to my requirements. The fact he listened to what was important to me rather than pushing me take a more expensive option goes to show that they care for their customers which sadly isn't the case with a lot of car garages. Thank you again!

I purchased a car from this site last week and found the staff very helpful  and Jag was very friendly making sure that the car was cleaned and serviced before collection and he also took us to the garage to put some petrol in the car and paid for it. Ready helpful and I would recommend them.

Very Disappointing service from this garage , sold us faulty Ford Smax , in 4 weeks we've had the car it spent 3 weeks in garages before we asked for a refund . Having suspicions the car had a lot of hidden issues we have taken it to Ford for second opinion and yes it was thousands in repairs , we had safety things like break pads fitted which were 90% worn just to be sure we can drive it safely and upon a return the dealer couldn't even bring him self to pay for it which was awful . The car was brushed and pushed for sale , all though we have been told it was fit and great , serviced and all that , right so here is the list : - Faulty Roof Blind £1200 + - Exhaust manifolds and turbo broken - £1550 - Break Pads 90% worn - In car Fumes  pollen filter never changed  - Wheel alignments gone - Broken Cabin Mirror - Loose passenger headrest - Headlights not operating correctly - missing engine under shield - and it goes on and on...
