Appalling service by the post office staff here. What makes it worse is that when one tries to call the post office you can't actually speak to a human being. Post office should be ashamed of themselves. I tried three different post office local to this one and the experience is the same with appalling and unhelpful service

Very bad customer service specially by that gujrati lady in specs . She got so much attitude. And while serving customer on her till she keep interfering other staff and pointing them how to do there job without asking for her help. Which is annoying for every one there. 
I think she should be sacked out. Rubbish lady.

Unhelpfull staff.
Refuse to change euros for pounds becouse...system is down.
When asked why need system to change money no answer given.
Went to other post office and had no problem to do so.
