Chadsfield Medical Practice has got to be a gold star performer and in the top 5% in England. All the staff are brilliant . I have been a patient for about 30 years and never had any cause to complain for any reason.Covid was a difficult time for any one in healthcare but was handled perfectly here.nI highly recommend this practice to anyone who is looking for great and efficient healthcare.
We cannot praise enough the efficiency and helpfulness of all the staff at Chadsfield. My husband had his medication changed by a hospital consultant on Thursday afternoon by Friday lunchtime a prescription for the new medication had been electronically sent to our designated pharmacy. This is just one example of how extremely well Chadsfield is run. Also there is a very pro active attitude to maintaining the good health of patients. We really appreciate all the effort that must go into maintaining such high standards, thank you ,Peter and Angela Wagstaff
I have received an excellent and professional service from all the team members at Chadsfield.nnI contacted the surgery to make an appointment and the call was answered within a few rings. The receptionist was really helpful and friendly, quickly understood my request for an appointment and that I needed to see a Doctor. She made an appointment for me later that day.nI saw Dr Kilroy who carefully listened to what was concerning me and assessed what needed to happened next , making the necessary referral to the relevant hospital department and I was contacted by the hospital and an appointment made with them within a few days.nnI had another medical issue that was concerning me and Dr Kilrow assessed that and determined I required a further appointment with her and made it there and then . My second appointment was as helpful and professional as the first.nnDr Kilroy was friendly , took her time to listen to me and dealt with me in a very professional and compassionate manner. She was very thorough and explained everything to me and made sure I understood what was happening and what the process was and what was going to happen next.nnI found the whole service and contact with the team at Chadsfield excellent and I thank them for that.,
I had exceptional treatment whilst I was at chadsfield medical centre. The men and women on the desk. Emma the nurse and the doctor. They all went out of their way to help me. PLUS THE PEOPLE ON THE PHONE. THANKYOU.
Michelle was brilliant. I had to take my husband to the surgery to have his bloods taken. She fitted me in to have mine taken at the same time to save me going down again this morning.
