The medical and nursing staff are always friendly, efficient and have always worked to the highest professional standards in all my encounters with them. The reception and support staff are very friendly and go out of their way to help.

Reception staff always helpful, pleasant and efficient. Nurses are helpful informative and pleasant. Doctor Beardsell extremely helpful efficient and diligent.

Absolutely shocking place. One of the receptionists is extremely rude, got a real attitude problem. She shouldn't be working with the public at all with that type of personality. Also they don't mention that you have to enter your car reg at reception, so you get a fine of £80 for parking in the carpark just for attending a doctors appointment. Civil enforcements ltd will rob you of anything they don't inform you properly of the fact you must enter your reg at reception (they say it's on a note on the door , which is usually open so you just walk straight in and can't see it). The medical centre don't seem to care which is quite ironic really considering their profession. Also if your planning on making an appointment make sure you ring up well in advance as they take a few days to even answer the phone.
