ok store for stock but majority of staff are useless as they wonder round doing nothing and refused a replacement of a faulty controller i got with a console, they told me to go to the store in poole who were far more polite and helpful and told me that the bournemouth should’ve replaced the controller there and then as far as im aware the majority of the staff here are clueless and useless.

I just love Cex. This one was in Bournemouth. Bought a stack of films for next to nothing. Brilliant.
