Bought a camera from cramlington and 4 things wrong with it, took back to north shields branch and do have to say very helpful there. Cramlington staff haven't a clue.
The service was excellent, I think alot of the reviews are incorrect. The woman who served me was very nice, polite and helpful as were the other staff in the store.
Tester lies through their bCkteeth apparently my tv remote wouldn't sink took it home erm nothing wrong took it to Newcastle absolutely no problem whatsoever they even said avoid that store
Staff seem to know what they're talking about when asked. But some items when price matched have on occasion been close to original MRP. Still a decent place to get some second hand gear.

Big thank you to the staff at North Shields shop very helpful very patient more so the young girl and young lad for helping me with my trade in. took some time but got there in the end as it takes time to process and test equipment please remember be polite good manors cost nothing bank transfer went in on the day they said it would

I use this shop on a regular basis for buying blu-ray dvds and have bought most of my 3d collection from here. I do think that they are starting to be a bit pricey
