So glad this place is within our local shopping centre at the Concourse. Great staff and excellent service. Very smooth and easy transactions everytime whether buying or selling.

Great if your buying, not so if selling. As with all CEX stores the best deals on trade in are for store credit but there's a good choice of gaming amd entertainment to choose from. Friendly staff with good knowledge.
First and probably last time there, staff was chatting for more than 5 minutes while I was waiting, then someone returned from shopping/brake turned to me, other 2 lazy girls complete waste off staff

Bought Samsung tablet nearly new and a fair price.
I decided that I would go to CEX to sell some items rather than do it online. Be prepared to wait at least an hour if your selling a gadget, laptop or console as they test it in store before giving you a price. Saying that, I have used the online service before and I would rather go to the store as you get a faster better quality of service. I was also informed whilst I was there that CEX stores do not buy not all items which the CEX app states they buy, so just be aware of this. I would definitely recommend CEX for selling items as they give you by far the best price. Plus all second hand items you buy come with a 2 year warranty, which almost all other 2nd hand sellers do not offer.
Not to bad nice place to visit but some off the staff are argumentive need to go on customer care courses.
I took an Xbox one in to trade for cash and they took it in to check if it was in good condition, they told me they would take 45 minutes to check the console. I waited outside for 45 minutes and came back in only for them to tell me a wire was wobbly they was stood doing nothing I came home and checked it and my friend who is knowledgeable about wiring said that there was absolutely nothing wrong with the wire, I believe that the staff in CEX could not be bothered checking the console and therefore said I had wobbly wire.
