Had them to move furniture but they made up excuses as to why they could not take it. I phoned the manager and she backed up the drivers lies and she said I was cheeky making a complaint. I was insulted over the phone and because I wasn't there with my partner they took the piss out of her. I now know why charities are getting a bad reputation because this one is a complete waste of time I cannot recommend them. You see my partner was at her mum's house who passed since away last year so it was a very upsetting experience how dare they do this to us.

Absolutely useless!!!! I booked a BHF van to pick up an armchair. After staying home all morning the drivers number two showed up to take the chair away and was already complaining at the door that I lived in a first floor flat!! He inspected the chair, said it was in good condition and went to inform the driver. He came back a minute later saying they couldn't take it as they can't take a single armchair as it's not sellable (even though I booked it as a single chair). He also said that it wouldn't fit down the stairs. I brought the chair in myself and this was the way it came in. Steer clear if your furniture isn't at ground level as it seems they don't do stairs!! Ebay it is now!!
