Staff so rude!no people skills what so ever and the smell from one if the staff was disgusting! Im 38 and they asked me id for and 18 game! But was happy to serve another guy without asking for id!  Staff are the worse kind!steer clear of cex havant

Always a good experience coming into store. Friendly staff and a good selection of stock. Would recommend!

Truly awful shop.  The queues are a free for all, and the staff never acknowledge  the waiting customers.  There have been multiple times they haven't had the disc i wanted despite the case being on the shelf (I could understand it the other way round, plenty of shoplifters out there - but not having the discs means its the staff being dodgy...or incompetent). Not a major problem, but when you've had to queue for 10 mins in a disorganized huddle it really feels worse than a waste of time.   And just you try taking something back...the staff don't seem to know what customer service is, but do have a nice turn in snidely making you feel like you're unreasonable - maybe that has something to do with how they always seem to be bitching about people (usually ex and current colleagues) among themselves behind the counter.  I've learned my lesson - never visiting again.
