The team at cermica, could not have been more professional and helpful with the huge array of tiles on offer and the wealth of experience of the staff, which is second to none. They were helpful and courteous throughout the sale. Couldn't recommend cermica and the team enough.
Unpleasant customer service by Angela stressful and unnecessary.nAlthough I gave her the measurements for my kitchen, she refused to take back a full box of tiles that cost almost £25.nAfter several phone calls, eventually I got a refund. I was told it was a 'special order' strange that a full palette came in and she manged to replace 21 tiles of mine that were broken. No apologies for my time at having to bring them back.nI won't be doing business with Ceramica again.
Fantastic selection of tiles for walls and floors. Plain tiles, feature tiles, mosaics, everything you could need. Excellent staff on hand to assist with a wealth of experience to help you choose and design a solution to your needs. Parking directly outside. Highly recommend!
I really love this shop - great selection of tiles including lots of quirky ones you don't see elsewhere and very friendly, knowledgeable staff
