Very poor experience with the sales team. We have a fitter standing ready to go here and several components missing for the bathroom, when questioned about it they couldn't give a clear answer and haven't taken the situation seriously.nWe wouldn't recommend them. Highly unprofessional response after they get your money of course
Lovely store well presented with nice bathroom displays, plenty of room to browse. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They do everything from start to finish, good professional job.
So, if seeking to update or upgrade your bathroom, it's worth taking a trip to Bassetts, whether this Bangor branch or Boucher Road Belfast. Bangor has larger floor space so greater opportunity to see items in situ. However Belfast can match them in knowledge, service and commitment to getting you the bathroom of your dreams. Cost aware also. I'm glad we took our builder's advice to take a look at their showroom. Do yourself a favour and take this advice also.
