I have had over the past few days a very poor and bad experience with this service. Not being called back when I was told I would be, then when they do call back I've not been able to answer due to being at work. I've rung back only to be spoken to by a very unhelpful receptionist that made me feel guilty for not answering their calls because I was in work. After all this and to be told that they can't provide the help I need has just been a complete waste of time. If I could give this service zero stars I definitely would!!!
If at first you don't succeed, try again. I called this morning at 930 and got straight through. An absolutely lovely lady took my details and a nurse then followed up before lunch. Amazing thank you!
Very bad been trying get in touch for a week.get through and they say will call back and have been put back on the list. Or the phones are down !!! Still waiting
Can’t get online orders due to high demand, can’t get through on the phone, can’t get through to the normal GP, no walk in appointments. What’s the point? What are you supposed to do?
Very bad service, doctor/nurse ignore you they don’t call back, when you have got appointment next day. Who works where?
I had a very insensitive nurse, she also gave me misleading medical advice which is quite concerning. Will never come here again.
Disgusting have rang like 3 or 4 times now never awnserd the phone so you go in and you can’t just do walk ins it’s only appointments now well I’d have an appointment if they bloody answered irs a joke I’ve been waiting for 4 days now and still nothing
Really awful, understaffed and when you do finally get into the queue for a call they will hang up when you get to the front, a disgrace of a service that should be in some form of special measures
Thanks to all the staff who work tirelessly to look after us all and last week was quite exceptional was cared for by by Blessing Ugowe and Mandy Robbins what a brilliant team we go there with problems and worries but delighted they sorted me out and got me relaxed and many thanks great team effort cheers
The staff actively hang up when you call on the morning. That is if you don't get put on hold long enough to be cut off anyway.
