The Buccaneer Park is AMAZING. Your little one can easily spend a couple of hours- its newly done, and all fixtures are interesting and world class. Have recommended to a lot of our friends. Please note that its not dog friendly.
Wonderful play area with a cafe and splash park. You can apend ages here and the cafe is reasonably prices so hungry children or a parents need for caffeine are right next door and there are picnic tables around the park where you could takeaway or bring a picnic with you. The play area was clean and fun. The park itself seemed nice and big, good for dog walkers. There are 2 sets of toilets in this park.
Nice clean park. Recently renovated children’s playground. There is a cafe we haven’t visited yet. The grounds with flowers have recently massively improved and are Well looked after. Parking space is limited around the park.
Visiting my son & his family for the fireworks display. Absolutely the best I've been to in years. Family friendly, food was reasonably priced & the entertainment was amazing
The park has a new children's play area. The environment is well designed and made, with an artistic marine theme. The soft flooring is well laid out in different colors. Swings have single and double seats, also ones with a larger round shape as well as a multi-seater rope. There are also two rope slides. A water area has various spouts and jets, and also a pivoted bucket that fills until it becomes instable and douses anyone below. I've seen an evening security dog vehicle, but not certain if it's part of the new park. There are various puzzles with sliding parts. Playground: There is an area for ball games and an adjoining garden area with ornamental bridge. Picnic area: There are tables and seats, also a small cafe.
One of the best free children's playgrounds I've come across... the kids loved it and played for hours. The park has greatly improved of late and is a credit to the council
Is a nice park, it has basketball court and really good climbing parks for the kids a huge green area and even an skate park. It has a little store where you can have refreshments. The ambient is suitable for everyone and anyone.
A beautiful park with fabulous lakes. Wild birds, singing birds, lots of greenery all create a beautiful space. The park also has a playground for children. Flowers planted in beautiful patterns are changed very often. I recommend it for walks or if you want to go jogging and relax.
Come in for the big day out. loads of stuff for the kids to do and load of food and drink stalls. the classic cars was a nice addition.
