Absolutely awful. 2 days Iv waited in. No show. Tomorrow I am back to work as I can not afford to keep taking days off. Then it’s the weekend. A family with 2 young children left with NO HOT WATER or central heating. Shame on you. You will lose your contracts.

Waited 3 weeks for parts. I had to ring them. Parts now ordered. 2 weeks later engineer turned up. 4 hour repair. Told me it still needed a new part! Engineer left. Now unable to turn off!!! Only control is via thermostat so can not wake up to a warm room. Have to get out and physically turn up thermostat to warm room up. Have rung every day to complain about the problem keep getting fobbed of with " oh. They are due to come out today" NOT IMPRESSED. STILL WAITING!!!!!! UPDATE...26-03-18 timer replaced today and works but still waiting for a part. Due to visit 29-03-18. Phone call from company. Unable to visit today. Engineer sick and part not arrived! Normal excuse. Now have to wait until 20th April !!!!!! That will make it 11 WEEKS SINCE FIRST REPORTED. ABSOLUTLY DISGUSTING.

I haven't had central heating or hot water for over a month! I wait in all day for no shows; call their phone number and on hold for over 25 minutes. Absolutely appalling service! I've told them I'm pregnant and have a young child and were having to live with no hot water and electric heaters as our only means of heat!!!

Two of the people who gave this company 5 stars (there is only like 4.) work there or do the IT for the company... says it all.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.HAD OUR BOILER SERVICED 6 WKS AGO.HAVING BEEN ISSUED WITH A GAS SAFTEY CERTIFICATE TO SAY ALL IS GOOD.THE BOILER HAS SINCE BEEN INSPECTED BY AN INDEPENDENT GAS SAFTY COMPANY WHO HAVE CONDEMNED THE BOILER.AS IT IS TOTALLY UNSAFE AND HAVE SHUT IT DOWN.AND STATED THAT IT SHOULD NEVER HAVE BEEN PASSED BY CENTRAL HEATING SERVICES. BEWARE
