The literal child at the counter refused to serve me a visibly nearly 30 year old with grey hairs a singular packet of cold and flu medication because I hadn’t my ID. She then declined to get someone more senior check and put it through. Having literally left the house dosed to buy said single packet of cold and flu capsules. Get a grip.
i used to go here everyday till old old management left Food gone down hill from new staff workin there never any bacon in a morning lile today 9am had chips out who wants chips at 9am in a morning get the old staff back and get the food back to good standards
Great staff, always friendly and helpful even when you are only in to return a parcel via Hermes they take time to help you especially if you encounter any problems.nThe store itself is always clean, tidy and well stocked, so even if I'm only in to return a parcel I always end up buying something.nReally pleasant to get service like this, something that is becoming less common in this day and age.
Drove 30 min trip to pick up a Evri parcel only to be informed that dropoff/collection closes at 8pm despite the shop being open until 10. My item was there but it was a computer says NO response as they shut down that system at 8. Will choose elsewhere in future.
I've been in here a few times now and the lack of filling inside the overpriced sandwiches, wraps etc is a disgrace. One slice of ham cut in half for a full cheese ham baguette. Few days previously I got a wrap that was thinner than a cigarette. Do not go here if you want quantity because they don't offer itnEdit: I've since been back and it's improved greatly.
