I use to go there a lot due being local, just few min away my home. My last 2 visits wasn't great. Staff are always argueing & bickering between them, as a result my food wasn't done properly. I made a phone order to collect, they said they were very very busy therefore will need 30min to have it ready. When I went in, there were only 8 customers! Iv seen busier places, I also had to wait another 10min! I ordered a family meal, & wanted extra sauce, they refused, I was only allowed 1 sauce. I had to pay 50p for each extra sauce!! What a shame, poor service, lots of infighting, & very stingy with sauce. Ain't going back to this place again.
Had a great Iftar meal with my huge family, restaurant had a nice new layout & food was served hot off the grill, beautiful presentation, delicious and on time, considering there were 20 of us Amazing! Staff were on point and we were given free dates and hummus Alhumdulillah.

Great value high quality Turkish food with excellent hospitality. There are quite a few restaurants that claim to be "Turkish" or "fusion", but this is the real deal and knocks the others into a cocked hat.
Food was average and meat was overcooked and had a horrible burnt taste to it. Gave an extra star because the waiter was friendly, although his accent made it a bit difficult to understand him.
Still the best Turkish restaurant in the area. All the food is very well marinated and tasty. You can notice the difference compared to other places. Always my first choice.
nice food and staff. the mixed grill is unbelievable tasty. we were a group of 30 and stayed well after there closing time, but they were so nice.
Nice vibe about the place with ornaments etc and a great place to bring family and friends. Great tasting kebabs and decent chips but bigger servings would deserve the 5stars any day of the week
Prices are very cheap as compared to other big turkish names. You might struggles to park on front of the shop. But right opposite there is teaching academy "Isaac Newton " . Lot of parking there
The Lokma is out of this world! Everything in thos menu is superfresh and incredibly tasty! Bread is freshly baked in-house Meat sourced from the best butcher in Smithfields Meat Market. Fave restaurant EVER.
