Day trip to Birmingham for DOI live show. Firstly bus lost power on route to Shrewsbury, then the on board toilet would not open. The driver didn't explain when we stopped( for a comfort break because of the toilet) how long it was going to be!. On arrival at venue we were dropped off for the show... but no communication on where to meet the bus. Driver needs to improve on customer communication skills!.
