It was my first time getting eye lashes done at Celestial Beauty, it was a pleasant and relaxing experience. The background music was very nice and soothing. The staff made sure I was happy with all aspects of the service, even answering any queries I had fully. My lashes are flawless. The results are exactly what I was after. The therapist ensured that her work was 100% spot on, to make sure I was fully pleased with the lashes. What a transformation! My eyes have never looked better. Thank you so much a great experience and will be back for the infills! Would definitely recommend! Would not hesitate to go here again, infact I've made 2 more appointments for friends!

Best place for eyelash extensions and although they are busy they try their hardest to fit me in at such short notice !

I had eyelash extensions done here just before Christmas and I am writing a review now on my experience as I have since had them removed at a different Salon and today had eyelash extensions applied again.... APPLICATION AT CELESTIAL I had never eyelash extensions before so I didn't really know what to expect. The application took maybe 10 minutes and my eyes were stinging so much I couldnt open them for atleast 5 minutes. I was advised that the stinging was normal due to the wet glue and the lady rushed off before I was even able to open my eyes fully. I was also told that the pinching feeling is normal after from my natural eyelashes growing. I left the Salon feeling happy with my eyelashes as I obviously got what I wanted, longerr eyelashes.... REMOVAL FROM A DIFFERENT SALON I had to go to another salon to have them removed as Celestial had no availability, but the eyelashes after 10 days were irritating me so much I couldnt wait any longer. I went to another local Salon to get them removed and it took 45 minutes!! It should only take 20 mins max!! ADVICE FROM REMOVAL SALON I was told that the application of eyelashes should take atleast 40 minutes and should be relaxing as most clients tend to fall asleep. I was advised the stinging after application is not necessarily normal and it depends on the quality of glue used. Glue can range from maybe £4-£40 (dont quote me on that). I was also advised you shouldnt really be able to feel the lashes once applied, as individual lashes are applied to your own individual lashes.... Obviously at this point I felt like I had been very naive towards getting eyelashes but I am also only been told something how do I know if it was true and this Salon wasnt just taking advantage of my inexperience?? NEW EYELASHES APPLED TODAY FROM REMOVAL SALON Well, today, I went back to the Salon that removed my eyelashes to see the proof in the pudding and WOW! I am shocked at the difference in experience. The application lasted almost 2 hours, I did almost fall asleep, a few times and no stinging after at all. I am home now and I dont even feel like they are there, until I look in the mirror. The look amazing!! SUMMARY My advice to Celestial is too take more time and care with the application. Whether I just went to your Salon at the wrong time I dont know but at the end of the day I am a customer. Also the glue used could be better to give your clients more comfort. Advice to anyone else, just make sure you research any treatment you have at any salon so you know what you should expect and not just what you are told. RECOMMEND? NOT FOR EYELASHES Anyone reading this understand. I did pay twice as much for the lashes I have had applied today but I would prefer to pay for quality or not have them done at all. I gave 2 stars because Celestial looks nice and clean inside and the staff are polite, but I wouldn't recommend anyone to get eyelash extensions after the experience I had.

I had my eyebrows done here through micro blading ! The lady was amazing she has done exactly what I asked for and I am over the moon with the result I would highly recommend this salon !
