Lady was lovely, great to speak to but the Russian eyelashes I paid £35 for came of the next day all but 2 eyelashes I couldn't take of I then went to a qualified specialist in walsall who told me the eyelashes was stuck to my eyelids not my eyelashes they all fell off in 1 go was meant to last 2 weeks phoned ash the owner and asked for a refund or to fix it and i was told I was meant to go in the next day late Saturday so was closed so I couldn't go in but she didn't state this to me at the salon so how was I meant to know I wouldn't recommend personally. I had a trainee do my lashes better for cheaper.
Lovely and friendly made you feel welcome and the salon is spotless would highly recommend
